What is Udgeeth Pranayam?
This is also called “Om Jap” Pranayama means chanting of “Om.
How to do Udgeeth Pranayama?
1. Sit in a suitably relaxed posture in Sukhasana.
2. Inhale deeply and while exhaling chant Ommmmmmmm.
3. Concentrate on your breath and feel the positive energy comes when you inhale and negative energy goes out while we exhale.
4. Repeat this for 5-10 times.
Note: First take deep breathe in through nose then breathe out by chanting OM, breathe out till last level of your breathe.
