Empty Stomach

 

Drink mix vegetable juice with salt and pepper every morning on an empty stomach

One teaspoon of methi seeds soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes.

Bitter Gourd juice one cup Or Pomegranates Juice

Early morning just after waking up

1- 1 Cup Skim Milk

2- 1 Orange, medium

3- 1 Cup Cereal

Breakfast Options  timing 7 am to 10.00 am  

1- 3 slice Bread bread with vegetable stuffins  

2- Quinoa Poha/ Idli

3- Two white eggs

4- Oats with milk

 

Lunch Options timing  1.00 pm to 2.30 pm

 

1-  1 cup of brown rice, 1 Cup Dal, two green vegetables with 1 bowl salad

2-  Two chapati (mix Alsi (FLAX)seeds with atta) with any green                                  vegetable /One Bowl dal or (One Bowl Curd)

 

Evening snacks  4.00 pm to 5.30 pm

1- green tea with Britannia NutriChoice Essentials Oats OR Ragi

 

Dinner  timing (6.30 pm to 8.00 pm )

 

1- Dalia with lots of veggies & 1 glass of Buttermilk. 0R roasted veggies    

     with moong dal chilla (2) + salad.

 

    

     INSTRUCTION

Drink 3-4 liters of water per day.

Do Yoga exercise for One hour daily.

Add more salad and green veggies and fruits in your diet.

Drink water after half an hour of Lunch or dinner.

Walk for half an hour after Dinner.
