What is Kapalbhati pranayam?

 

Kapalbhati is one of the best pranayama & is practice empty stomach.Kapalbhati is a process of breathing out through nose and the time you are breathing out your stomach should pump inside. Kapalbhati should be done slowly of one exhale in one second.  

 

How to do Kapalbhati pranayam?

 

1.    Sit in any steady asana. Padmasana, Siddhasana and Vajrasana are ideal for the practice.

2.    Keep the body erect and close the mouth

3.      Inhale deeply once and exhale out through nose while stomach pump inside.

4.      Kapalbhati should be done slowly of one exhale in one second.
